Commercial and Residential Mold Investigations are conducted by a Certified Mold Remediator (CMR).

Temperature and relative humidity will be determined by the use of moisture metering equipment. Outdoor temperature and humidity readings are often taken and logged against the indoor conditions.

Dated digital photographs may also be taken to document findings of moisture, water or conditions that would promote microbial growth inside your home.
