Business execs with high profile backgrounds complete training and prepare to open new businesses across the nation
(Huntersville, N.C.) – AdvantaClean, a nationwide franchise specializing in emergency water removal, air duct cleaning, and mold removal, has graduated seven new franchisees from an extensive training program at the AdvantaClean corporate headquarters in Huntersville, N.C. These franchisees are all now fully trained, certified and will be opening new AdvantaClean businesses in markets across the country over the coming weeks.
“We are proud of these top-notch professionals who are now highly credentialed in the best practices of water removal, air duct cleaning and mold removal,” says Jeff Dudan, AdvantaClean President and CEO. “These new franchisees are from different business backgrounds and will be entering an industry that is growing rapidly. After completing the program, they have all the knowledge and tools they need to hit the ground running to reach their goals in this recession-resistant, high margin system.”
The new AdvantaClean owners completed a two week course teaching the skills needed to succeed in all aspects of the business – from equipment operation to sales to hands-on experience cleaning air ducts, removing water and eliminating mold.
The AdvantaClean franchisees include:
- Charlie and Darrin Francesconi – Louisville, KY – Charlie, a very successful financial executive, will open Louisville’s first AdvantaClean with his son, Darrin, who owned and operated a $4 million commercial construction company before deciding to go into business with his father.
- Mario Montanile – Manchester, NH – Mario is a former sales executive with a track record of building successful businesses. He has closed multi-million dollars deals and built a sales force people that dominated the Northeast region in market share. Mario is ready to leverage AdvantaClean’s Fortune-100-type systems to build a successful operation of his own.
- Erin Dillon – Columbus, OH – Erin worked for Wendy’s International, Inc., for over 30 years in a variety of roles. She started from the ground floor and worked her way up through the ranks of Wendy’s corporate operation. In 1994, she was recognized as the company’s employee of the year. Erin is a successful, proven professional excited about building a multi-truck operation through our proven, paperless business system and centralized call center.
- Ed and Kim Schmal – Cumming, GA – Ed is a former home builder who will leverage his construction skills and entrepreneurism to build his AdvantaClean business with his wife, Kim, an accomplished sales executive who will assist with sales and marketing while maintaining her full time job.
- Bill Bruner – Fishers, IN – Bill, a mechanical engineer, will use a vast array of technical and managerial skills to build a multi-truck operation to service homeowners, insurance companies, realtors, and property management companies across Northeast Indianapolis and beyond.
- Craig Brown – Milwaukee, WI – Craig had a 19-year career with Wal-Mart during the world’s largest retailer’s highest growth years. He will fully utilize his leadership and managerial skills to recruit and build a team of technicians to run his multi-truck operation.
- John and Derik Newton, and Ron Weatherly – Columbia, SC – Derik and Ron own franchises in Charlotte and Greenville-Spartanburg, S.C. John is Derik’s father and will be working with them to ramp up the operation in Columbia. John recently left a long career in the commercial construction industry.
