UNDERCOVER BOSS, with eight seasons, is a two-time Emmy Award-winning reality series that follows high-level executives as they slip anonymously into the rank-and-file of their own organizations. The executives are given a new perspective on their corporation – being able to see what is running well, what may need adjustments, and working personally with the people who truly represent their company.

Former AdvantaClean CEO was given the opportunity to go undercover and get out in the field to get to know how our franchisees are running their businesses and get to know the people that work for them.

UNDERCOVER BOSS allowed Jeff Dudan to visit a variety of franchise locations and get more engaged with his employees. “It’s a very dirty job show. Things from demolition to mold removal to air duct cleaning,” he says. “I worked in some tight places.”
