Sandy Springs Restoration Services
LOCAL, RELIABLE AND FAST PROPERTY DAMAGE RESTORATION SERVICES SERVING THE SANDY SPRINGS AREA.
"This is my community and where I live. I try to make a difference within my community, from chamber events to volunteering my time and services. When I am not solving mold and water damage issues within the community, I spend time with my friends in the area. I have a partnership with many of the local business owners. When a customer needs a service that I do not perform, I can recommend someone local, fairly priced and trustworthy."

SANDY SPRINGS, GA CASE STUDIES
Problem: Melanie had an unseen leak originating from one of the pipes feeding her sink. After an unknown amount of time, this leak ruined the cabinetry, the kitchen floor and wicked up the drywall in the kitchen. The entire kitchen had to be gutted, dried and treated.
Solution: Due to the leak, the unfinished basement also required mold remediation. AdvantaClean (Sandy Springs) removed all of the cabinetry and several layers of flooring in the kitchen, down to the sub floor. Two feet of drywall was removed because it had significant mold growth. The remaining structural members were treated and dried according to standards. Our post remediation air samples came back clean, the owner was very pleased.
Mold in garage due to a cold air vent
Problem: Hannah developed mold in her garage. The mold developed due to a cold air vent inside the wall of the garage. Since the garage is unconditioned, the humidity is high and will condensate upon contacting a cold surface.
Solution: The area was treated with MMR to remove staining and then Oxypar to kill the mold.
Condo flooded due to neighbors water leak
Problem: Christina's neighbor had a leak that flowed over into her condo. The water set for some time and black mold developed between the baseboard and sheetrock. Christina could smell the mold and her son's allergies flared up.
Solution: A barrier system was built, negative pressure and HEPA filtration was used to limit the contamination and prevent the spread of mold spores. The affected sheetrock was removed and the remaining wall studs were HEPA vacuumed and treated with Oxypar. After the mold treatment we dried out the structure.
Damage Due to Bad Valve in Laundry Room
Problem: Barbara had a plumbing leak. She realized she had a leak because her tile flooring started to change color.
Solution: Moisture readings were taken; the drywall, under the laundry room pluming connection, was completely saturated. We recommended a plumber, after he finished his work, we removed all of the affected drywall and baseboards. The tile was able to be saved and restored using a dehumidifier. This job took us four hours and the drying process three days, due to the tile discoloration.
