Tom and Kevin started the business over 5 years ago, but have worked together for 30 years. They have experience working with companies where service makes the difference; this gives them a unique perspective on how to make sure all their customers have a great experience. We know that no one plans for disasters or air quality issues and that most customers are stressed when we show up at their door (even though they invited us). Our crews are hired based on their ability to show empathy towards the customer, communicate what we are going to do and why, and get it right the first time.
Brandon joined the team as our our Project Manager in 2014. He has 8 years experience in the industry from running his own restoration company. (Should we mention his military service)? His passion for the industry and helping the customers is second to none. He is responsible for overseeing projects, leading the crews and delivering on the customer experience.
Dave joined the team in 2015 with a strong background in customer service, and a desire to learn more about the restoration industry. Dave's customer focus, organizational skills and attention to detail translates well to his role. Dave's training and experience over the years has led him to become our Field Supervisor.
