I've worked with Steve several times over the past couple of years. I first had him clean my dryer vents, and then recently, I worked with him again to remove black mold from my bathroom. Steve was able to give me an assessment the next day and let me know the process and price within two days. Over the course of several days, he and his assistant removed the affected drywall, cleaned the entire room, and replaced the drywall (something another company said they wouldn't do after remediation). For every appointment, I received a text by 7:30am that day letting me know what time he'd be coming by, and he was always on time. He answered all of my questions and was just generally a pleasure to deal with. If you need anything done that Steve can help with, I highly recommend him.

Our technician, David, was knowledgeable about the mold remediation process. He explained the exact process before he started and answered questions we had. He was very mindful about the odor of the chemicals used in the process and he made sure we weren’t exposed to the fumes. He also took time to show us before and after pics he had taken.
