Amazing! Found mold behind my baseboard on a Sunday. Filled out the online form. Someone called me within 10minutes. They came out on Tuesday and told me how to fix it with no charge! Our technician, David, was knowledgeable about the mold remediation process. He explained the exact process before he started and answered questions we had. He was very mindful about the odor of the chemicals used in the process and he made sure we weren’t exposed to the fumes. He also took time to show us before and after pics he had taken. All in all, I highly recommend AdvantaClean and David as a technician for mold remediation and hygiene.

Scott came out and assessed my issue in the ceiling where I had a one time leak over a year and a half ago in my ceiling from a clogged gutter. Scott spent about an hour and said there was nothing to do at this point from and wasn’t even going to charge me. We agreed some payment was do for at least a house call and also gave me a contact to patch and repaint the ceiling. Great person and honest. Appreciated his help.

Skilled workers to handle water leak and mold remediation and removal of drywall. The drywall company who came after commented what a great job they did which in turn made their job easier. Seth ran the job on site - very skilled professional and trustworthy. Amari and Elion were very professional and and great to work with. Paul and Josh also helped out. We worked with Bill, who was recommended by my real estate agent. I was closing on a house the following week, and suddenly the lender's assessor and underwriting team needed an inspection for possible moisture. My regular inspector hadn't noticed anything the month before when I had an inspection done. I'm ***so*** grateful for Bill and his team of technicians and people in the office. Not only did they do an inspection the next day, there was trouble accessing the attic area, so they were able to come back again the following day once the sellers allowed further access. I got an accurate quote and the remediation completed within 1-2 days, with an invoice right away. This was all required for me to close on the home timely. Everything was done in less than a week! Impressive service, quality work, friendly and professional staff. I highly recommend them! :)
