Andrew was a life saver when we flooded. He was responsive, communicative, empathetic, efficient, and made sure we knew all of our options. He personally busted his ass to help us when all of his other crews were helping others. I wish he were in a different line of work so we could call him for other home needs.

AdvantaClean did a great job completing mold remediation in my home. I first hired them in August for mold remediation in the crawl space. From the estimator (Ian) to the team that completed the remediation (Adrian, Will, and Melvin), everyone was professional. Upon completion of the crawl space mold remediation, the basement of my home was demolished to begin a remodel. We discovered mold in the basement too. I hired AdvantaClean again without hesitation. Ian was able to do a quick inspection and get a team scheduled very quickly. JT, Jack, and Will completed the work, again in a very professional manner. Both teams were pleasant to work with and educated me on ways to prevent mold growth in addition to removing the mold. They provided before and after pictures as well. I hope to never need mold remediation again, but I would use them again and recommend them to others.

We used AdvantaClean for our duct cleaning. The crew was very nice and they did a great job! We were supplied with before and after pictures which was nice to see. Our house is much fresher smelling! Would definitely use them again!

I can't say enough good things about this locally owned company, its owner, and the crew (Chad and Bill) that cleaned our home's vents/returns/air handler a couple of weeks ago. State licensed and NADCA certified (very important), we could not have entrusted the thorough cleaning of our air systems to a better company. The job took exactly as much time as estimated, with "before and after" photos provided within 24 hours after completion. The company's owner, Jim, came to our home at my request to address some issues unrelated to the vent cleaning and was most generous with his time and knowledge. AdvantaClean of the Emerald Coast was the right choice for us.

We contacted AdvantaClean in a panic after we had our first and only basement flood. They were the only company that was able to come out same day to assess and then the very next morning to start the work as soon as our power came back on. All other companies wanted us to wait five days to get the water removed and that was just not feasible. Bill and his team did a really great job communicating with us the whole time. Nolan communicated proactively and took many pictures to show us progress and document. They were extremely efficient and thorough and we feel comfortable knowing that we won’t have mold in the future because of their swift actions. Would recommend this team if you are in an emergency.

I was totally impressed with AdvantaClean of NW Chicagoland’s dedication to executional excellence and operational readiness. When I requested a quote for mold remediation in my garage, Ian, a professional estimator, thoroughly explained the scope of work and the state-of-the-art methods used at AdvantaClean. The job was scheduled promptly, and the project team arrived on time. Adrian, the project manager, introduced his certified technicians, Jack, Will, and Adan. All smiles. Adrian communicated his approach and led his team to set up (clear the area 100%, carefully isolate the space, and safely ventilate the contained area). And I did not have to leave my home. The team proceeded by cutting out drywall in straight lines, removing contaminated insulation, and thoroughly cleaning impacted structures. Once cleaned, I requested a post-test to establish a baseline in case the roof flashing ever leaked again. And, of course, the test results passed. The team finished up by closing the open wall and ceiling area with plastic film. AdvantaClean disposed of all materials and left the room clean. The team even offered to help move my personal items back into the garage when they were done. I am delighted with the results. Calling AdvantaClean of NW Chicagoland right away prevented the mold from propagating and causing further damage to my home. Thank you!

We had 3 different services provided at our newly refinished home - crawlspace encapsulation, air duct cleaning, and mold remediation. Will and Mario were our technicians for all 3 jobs with Adrian and Jack included on the crawlspace job. I've worked with Steve several times over the past couple of years. I first had him clean my dryer vents, and then recently, I worked with him again to remove black mold from my bathroom. Steve was able to give me an assessment the next day and let me know the process and price within two days. Over the course of several days, he and his assistant removed the affected drywall, cleaned the entire room, and replaced the drywall (something another company said they wouldn't do after remediation). For every appointment, I received a text by 7:30am that day letting me know what time he'd be coming by, and he was always on time. He answered all of my questions and was just generally a pleasure to deal with. If you need anything done that Steve can help with, I highly recommend him.
