We found Scott through our realtor when buying a new home with mold. He’s been truly amazing through the whole process. He’s so responsive via phone and patient with all our questions and concerns. We initially used the company for mold remediation but as they gained our trust quickly, we also used them for air duct cleaning. He’s a jack of all trades.

We had 3 different services provided at our newly refinished home - crawlspace encapsulation, air duct cleaning, and mold remediation. Will and Mario were our technicians for all 3 jobs with Adrian and Jack included on the crawlspace job. We were extremely pleased with all the work they performed and their careful protection of our newly painted walls and refinished flooring. All of these technicians were friendly, professional, and courteous. They completed their work efficiently and left their workspaces clean behind. I highly recommend and would use this company again for any of the services they provide!

I've worked with Steve several times over the past couple of years. I first had him clean my dryer vents, and then recently, I worked with him again to remove black mold from my bathroom. Steve was able to give me an assessment the next day and let me know the process and price within two days. Over the course of several days, he and his assistant removed the affected drywall, cleaned the entire room, and replaced the drywall (something another company said they wouldn't do after remediation). For every appointment, I received a text by 7:30am that day letting me know what time he'd be coming by, and he was always on time. He answered all of my questions and was just generally a pleasure to deal with. If you need anything done that Steve can help with, I highly recommend him.

We had Steve at our house today after our HVAC pan overflowed and our ceilings and walls had evidence of water. We wanted to be sure that my husband was able to remove all water damage and there was no concern for mold so we called AdvantaClean. We didn't end up needing their services (luckily), but if we did need them I would not have hesitated to use AdvantaClean after our initial encounter. Steve was very pleasant, thorough, and walked my husband through everything he was doing and what he was looking for. He even took the time after he was done to write down some items that would be helpful. I would have absolutely used AdvantaClean if I ended up needing their services. Our technician, David, was knowledgeable about the mold remediation process. He explained the exact process before he started and answered questions we had. He was very mindful about the odor of the chemicals used in the process and he made sure we weren’t exposed to the fumes. He also took time to show us before and after pics he had taken.
