Reviews for AdvantaClean of Springfield

Andrew was a life saver when we flooded. He was responsive, communicative, empathetic, efficient, and made sure we knew all of our options. He personally busted his ass to help us when all of his other crews were helping others. I wish he were in a different line of work so we could call him for other home needs.

AdvantaClean did a great job completing mold remediation in my home. I first hired them in August for mold remediation in the crawl space. From the estimator (Ian) to the team that completed the remediation (Adrian, Will, and Melvin), everyone was professional. Upon completion of the crawl space mold remediation, the basement of my home was demolished to begin a remodel. We discovered mold in the basement too. I hired AdvantaClean again without hesitation. Ian was able to do a quick inspection and get a team scheduled very quickly. JT, Jack, and Will completed the work, again in a very professional manner. Both teams were pleasant to work with and educated me on ways to prevent mold growth in addition to removing the mold. They provided before and after pictures as well. I hope to never need mold remediation again, but I would use them again and recommend them to others.

We used AdvantaClean for our duct cleaning. The crew was very nice and they did a great job! We were supplied with before and after pictures which was nice to see. Our house is much fresher smelling! Would definitely use them again!

We contacted AdvantaClean in a panic after we had our first and only basement flood. They were the only company that was able to come out same day to assess and then the very next morning to start the work as soon as our power came back on. All other companies wanted us to wait five days to get the water removed and that was just not feasible. Bill and his team did a really great job communicating with us the whole time. Nolan communicated proactively and took many pictures to show us progress and document. They were extremely efficient and thorough and we feel comfortable knowing that we won’t have mold in the future because of their swift actions. Would recommend this team if you are in an emergency.

Scott and Team repaired a leak in our ceiling that had developed mold. They were very easy to work with and did an excellent job. I was nervous about the mold and he patiently answered all my questions. Highly recommend them.

We found Scott through our realtor when buying a new home with mold. He’s been truly amazing through the whole process. He’s so responsive via phone and patient with all our questions and concerns. We initially used the company for mold remediation but as they gained our trust quickly, we also used them for air duct cleaning. He’s a jack of all trades.

I was absolutely blown away by the Professionalism and expertise of the team! I had all my vents cleaned and treated for possible black mold and/or bacteria collected over the years. The team protected my interior with great care and I was delighted with the quality and integrity of the team. I highly recommend the wonderful company and encourage you to give them a call for all your vent work!!
