Location: Edmonds, WA 98026

Problem: Homeowner had a pipe from above leaking into the office below. Leak had not been fixed so the leak was still active. Due to the year of the house I took an asbestos sample.

Solution: Asbestos results were positive for asbestos so we arranged an abatement company to come remove the asbestos so the plumber could fix the leaking pipe. After they finished their work we did our mold mitigation and dried out the structure. We had to have equipment onsite for 7 days with daily monitors.

Location: Bellevue, WA 98007

Problem: The school had various areas throughout several buildings where the roof had leaked. Water staining and some mold was visible on ceiling. An estimate was done as to what we thought the damage was, but left the estimate very open ended in case the affected areas where found to be much larger than first attended.

Solution: Due to the age of the building, a full service asbestos test was done. Some of the areas tested came back positive for asbestos and an abatement company was called in to demo those specific areas. We set containment and air scrubbers. We removed the ceiling tiles and sheetrock from the ceilings. Once we started opening the drywall we found the damage was much more then initially thought. We then had to expand our containment to allow for the additional demo. We ended up removed the ceiling in 12 different areas.
