We had a great experience with AdvantaClean during a very stressful water loss situation. From the start, their team was responsive, professional, and thorough in handling the mitigation process. They took care of everything efficiently, which really helped reduce the stress on our side. What stood out most was how they coordinated the next steps for us, including connecting us with a contents handling company. That made the entire process much smoother and saved us a lot of time and effort trying to figure things out on our own. We especially appreciate the support from Jeremy (estimator), Joseph and Zack (mitigation technicians), and Lynn (office support for post-service communication). Everyone we worked with was helpful and easy to communicate with. Overall, they did a solid job with the mitigation work and provided a level of support that made a difficult situation much easier to manage. I would definitely recommend them to anyone dealing with water damage.

We're very happy with the work done by AdvantaClean, and specifically by Chris and Zac, who were the representatives working in our home over the course of a week. Discovering water coming through your ceiling is never a good feeling, especially at 10:00 p.m. But the next morning our insurance company told us they were sending AdvantaClean to get things cleaned up and dried out, and we got a call from Advantaclean almost immediately after we finished talking with the adjuster. That initial prompt response set the tone for our entire experience. AdvantaClean was always prompt, arriving when they said they would. They came daily to check on progress and make adjustments as needed to keep things moving along. The communication was terrific, both onsite and via text messages at any time. Chris and Zac both were great about answering questions and explaining things so we were never in the dark. We also were very pleased with the respect and care shown to our home. I rather think they left it cleaner than it had been when they arrived. Overall, the work performed by AdvantaClean was of good quality and thorough, and the impression left by their representatives, Chris and Zac, was of capability, respect, and professionalism. We wholeheartedly recommend them (and would use them again, except we hope never to have another water leak in the house!).

Had such a great experience working with Jeremy and Zackery from AdvantaClean. Jeremy did a fantastic job communicating what the process would entail, and helping expedite the scheduling since I had family staying with me shortly after. Advantaclean consistently provides a high quality, expedient, and effective service. I used them a while back for a water loss event and they were out the same day the loss happened, and they got the water out, detached the valuable cabinets as best as they could to make sure I could reinstall them later (with some touchups, demo being what it is and all), and dried the place out effectively and cleanly. My favorite aspect about advantaclean though, as someone who works in the industry, is their quality of work. Way too many mitigation companies out there do not actually dry out the homes they work on, they just go until they can get some dry readings, and move on, while significant sections of the home remain wet. Advantaclean is thorough, and precise, and does not let that happen. Whenever Joseph, Zac, Chris, or their estimator, Jeremy, are out, you know you are going to get a quality project and quality service throughout.

What a lifesaver Advantaclean was! They really knew what they were doing, educated me about everything water damage. Then they quickly and efficiently packed up all my stuff and removed it before it could be damaged more. They were knowledgeable, fun, efficient and most of all super good at what they do. I can't thank this company enough for their quick response and incredible work! We had a nightmare situation with sewage water flooding our crawl space, and they came out right away to handle it. Chris and Zac were absolute pros—friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely thorough. They took the time to explain everything, worked efficiently, and left the area completely clean and sanitized. It’s not easy to find people who care this much about doing the job right, especially in such unpleasant conditions.
