There is no reason to look elsewhere. Had a water leak and several companies provided estimates. Chris, the owner, came personally to do the estimate and found damage where no one else did. He was more thorough and knowledgeable than the others. While not the least expensive, I had the most confidence in him and my confidence was rewarded. Chris and his team did a very professional job of demolition and remediation and he and his crew respected our home and treated it as they would want theirs treated. I don't normally leave reviews because businesses beg for them and I find it disingenuous. This wasn't the case! I was hit by a combination of flash flooding and poor city drainage last weekend, and a room in my home took on flood water. But Chris and his team did exceptional work at my home for a very reasonable cost. He was incredibly communicative, professional, and quick to respond during the emergency. If you ever need help like this, contact these folks. They're on top of it and will do the right thing to appropriately diagnose the problem and resolve it in a timely manner.

These guys are the best in town. We need and new vapor barrier and where reffed to them. The quality of their work far exceeded my expectations. No gaps in the vapor barrier they installed makes crawlspace look brand new. If your needing crawlspace work encapsulated or vapor barrier they are the best.

If I could give them a 10/10, I would. The amount of effort that was put in as well as the respect for our home was amazing. As a first time home buyer we weren’t as educated as we should be regarding some of the issues we were having. Chris Pridgen took time out of his day to go step by step on what we were dealing with and how he could help. He was extremely thorough, honest, and straight forward all throughout the entire process. He took care of the mold, installed a new sump pump, routed it outside of the house, put in a dehumidifier, and even sealed it off. To say that I am thankful is an understatement. I will continue to use him on anything I need and will be referring him to anyone that needs help.
