No one wants mold in their house, but if it happens, this is the company to call. After noticing brown stuff coming out of our soffits, we scheduled an inspection with AdvantaClean. Ian came out and inspected our attic...black mold was the culprit. He put together a quote and walked me through the prices and the steps involved in removing the mold. John and Matt came out and did the work. They were both very professional (and patient with my barky dog), checking in with me multiple times to make sure I didn't have any questions. We also had new ductwork for the fans installed, which was done on the same day. That was convenient for us, as other companies did not offer roofing services. Everything was left clean as well, and they took plenty of pictures to show their work and completed mold testing through a third party for a small charge. If you're looking for a mold remediation company that offers reasonable prices, exceptional service, and all-around friendly, hardworking individuals, AdvantaClean is the one to choose. Found out we had some mold in our attic during a home inspection (when selling the home). Buyers wanted $20k—this is without them showing us any pics nor did inspector say/explain where, how much there was, etc. So we decided to check it out ourselves (would have done whether we moved or not). Worked with Ian. Can’t say enough good words about Ian. He showed us MANY pics (probably took 50-60 pics) & took the time to thoroughly explain exactly how & why we had some mold. His quote was 75% less than what the buyers wanted. He said they’d honor their quote for either us or for the buyers (who refused to believe nor budge on the credit they wanted….obviously we terminated the contract that exact moment). We still hided Ian to come out & fix the mold. Said it would probably take 2 days to complete (not bc of how much mold we had, but bc of how large our roof was and all the angles it had). They finished in one day. They cleaned up everything & showed us new pics. So we could compare the before & after pics. We would hire them again if we ever had any other issues. Already have a friend who’ll be using them soon. Polite, professional, and friendly. 5 stars across the board
