Reviews for AdvantaClean of NW Chicagoland

AdvantaClean did a great job completing mold remediation in my home. I first hired them in August for mold remediation in the crawl space. From the estimator (Ian) to the team that completed the remediation (Adrian, Will, and Melvin), everyone was professional. Upon completion of the crawl space mold remediation, the basement of my home was demolished to begin a remodel. We discovered mold in the basement too. I hired AdvantaClean again without hesitation. Ian was able to do a quick inspection and get a team scheduled very quickly. JT, Jack, and Will completed the work, again in a very professional manner. Both teams were pleasant to work with and educated me on ways to prevent mold growth in addition to removing the mold. They provided before and after pictures as well. I hope to never need mold remediation again, but I would use them again and recommend them to others.

We used AdvantaClean for our duct cleaning. The crew was very nice and they did a great job! We were supplied with before and after pictures which was nice to see. Our house is much fresher smelling! Would definitely use them again!

I was totally impressed with AdvantaClean of NW Chicagoland’s dedication to executional excellence and operational readiness. When I requested a quote for mold remediation in my garage, Ian, a professional estimator, thoroughly explained the scope of work and the state-of-the-art methods used at AdvantaClean. The job was scheduled promptly, and the project team arrived on time. Adrian, the project manager, introduced his certified technicians, Jack, Will, and Adan. All smiles. Adrian communicated his approach and led his team to set up (clear the area 100%, carefully isolate the space, and safely ventilate the contained area). And I did not have to leave my home. The team proceeded by cutting out drywall in straight lines, removing contaminated insulation, and thoroughly cleaning impacted structures. Once cleaned, I requested a post-test to establish a baseline in case the roof flashing ever leaked again. And, of course, the test results passed. The team finished up by closing the open wall and ceiling area with plastic film. AdvantaClean disposed of all materials and left the room clean. The team even offered to help move my personal items back into the garage when they were done. I am delighted with the results. Calling AdvantaClean of NW Chicagoland right away prevented the mold from propagating and causing further damage to my home. Thank you!

We had 3 different services provided at our newly refinished home - crawlspace encapsulation, air duct cleaning, and mold remediation. Will and Mario were our technicians for all 3 jobs with Adrian and Jack included on the crawlspace job. We were extremely pleased with all the work they performed and their careful protection of our newly painted walls and refinished flooring. All of these technicians were friendly, professional, and courteous. They completed their work efficiently and left their workspaces clean behind. I highly recommend and would use this company again for any of the services they provide!

Adrian and Will were fantastic. They arrived on time and were working hard all day. Adrian explained the process, what they were doing, and why they were doing it. The result is a clean and beautiful home. Highly recommend and will hire again if ever needed.

Outstanding experience with AdvantaClean! The team was professional, responsive, and incredibly knowledgeable from start to finish. They communicated clearly throughout the process, arrived on time, and provided thorough, protessional mold testing for my home, along with a detailed laboratory analysis. It's refreshing to work with a company that genuinely cares about the details, its customers and stands behind its work. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing mold testing, water damage restoration, basement flooding cleanup, mold remediation, emergency water extraction, or any other restoration or cleaning services.

No one wants mold in their house, but if it happens, this is the company to call. After noticing brown stuff coming out of our soffits, we scheduled an inspection with AdvantaClean. Ian came out and inspected our attic...black mold was the culprit. He put together a quote and walked me through the prices and the steps involved in removing the mold. John and Matt came out and did the work. They were both very professional (and patient with my barky dog), checking in with me multiple times to make sure I didn't have any questions. We also had new ductwork for the fans installed, which was done on the same day. That was convenient for us, as other companies did not offer roofing services. Everything was left clean as well, and they took plenty of pictures to show their work and completed mold testing through a third party for a small charge. If you're looking for a mold remediation company that offers reasonable prices, exceptional service, and all-around friendly, hardworking individuals, AdvantaClean is the one to choose. Thank you for making our home healthy!!

They came in and gave a very reasonable estimate. They came in and cleaned the mold from our attic in one day and it looks beautiful. Very clean. Very nice to do business with. Thank you!
