Josh and Joe came out to address an issue with our dryer vent and spent over two hours at our house doing everything they could to fix the problem properly and safely. When it became clear they couldn’t fully resolve it on that visit, they didn’t charge us at all—which says a lot about their integrity. The next day, on New Year’s Eve, the owner, Andrew Gomez, personally came out to finish the repair and make sure everything was functioning correctly and safely. That level of commitment and customer service is incredibly rare. Not only did they come out twice, but the final charge was extremely reasonable.
