Zach Takle is the dedicated owner and president of AdvantaClean of Knoxville & The Smokies, a leading restoration company specializing in water damage, mold remediation, and crawlspace moisture. Since founding the business in September of 2011, Zach has been committed to providing exceptional service to the Knoxville community. With over a decade of experience in the restoration industry, he brings a wealth of knowledge and a genuine passion for helping people in their times of need. 

Originally from Minnesota, where he grew up on a farm, Zach has called Knoxville home for the past 13 years. He enjoys being a part of the Knoxville community with his wife, Heather, and their 2 children, Macie and Henry. In his free time, Zach enjoys spending quality time with family and friends. His interests include music, cooking, football, and spending time outdoors. 

Zach's favorite part of owning his business is helping property owners in challenging times. He and his team strive to address and resolve challenging restoration issues effectively and efficiently. AdvantaClean of Knoxville & The Smokies is proud to hold certifications from the IICRC and MICRO, including Water Restoration Technician (WRT), Applied Structural Drying (ASD), Odor Control Technician (OCT), Certified Mold Remediation Contractor (CMRC), Certified Mold Inspector (CMI), and Crawlspace Encapsulation Specialist (CES). 

Under Zach's leadership, AdvantaClean of Knoxville & The Smokies has a mission to make a positive impact in Knoxville and surrounding communities by providing high quality service for people in times of need.  

Catrina Hampton is a dedicated mom, wife and professional with an extensive background in management and customer service. Catrina is passionate about her work at AdvantaClean, where she finds fulfillment in helping people, restoring and maintain healthy living and working environments. Her commitment to quality service and customer satisfaction makes her a valuable asset to the AdvantaClean team.

Chris Cates brings over 9 years of experience and a certification in water damage restoration to his role at AdvantaClean. In addition to his professional expertise, Chris is actively involved in his community as a Little League coach in New Market. He enjoys working at AdvantaClean because of the supportive and friendly co-workers, the opportunity to meet new people, and the chance to continuously learn new skills. Chris's dedication to both his work and his community makes him a valued team member at AdvantaClean.

Tyler Scarbrough plays a vital role in the AdvantaClean team, his strong work ethic & desire to continue to learn are admirable. He loves working at AdvantaClean for its family-friendly environment, which aligns with his values and lifestyle. Tyler's dedication and commitment to both his family and his work makes him an invaluable member of the AdvantaClean team.

Teddy Goddard holds certifications in inspection, cleaning, and restoration, along with a micro mold remediation certification. With a strong background in these areas, he is well-equipped to handle a variety of environmental challenges. In his spare time, Teddy enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending quality time with his grandchildren. He values his work at AdvantaClean because it allows him to provide for his family. Teddy's dedication to his profession and his loved ones makes him a respected and integral part of the AdvantaClean team.
