Excellent experience from start to finish. They were quick to answer the phone, got us scheduled promptly, arrived on time, and communicated clearly throughout the entire process. The father-son team and their crew were professional, courteous, and thorough. They took the time to answer our questions, explain each step of the process, and made sure everything was done properly. They were respectful of our home, kept the work area clean, and were very easy to work with. We would definitely recommend them to anyone needing water damage or mold remediation services.

Truly appreciated Garrett’s professionalism, knowledge, and integrity. We requested a water damage assessment and quote, and rather than trying to make a sale, Garrett was honest in letting us know the damage wasn’t as severe as we had expected and that his services ultimately weren’t necessary. He walked us through the affected areas one by one, clearly explaining where moisture was present, and even referred us to a general contractor for the few next steps we needed to take. I hope I don’t need a water damage specialist again, but if I do, AdvantaClean will absolutely be my first call.

AdvantaClean was great. We had a slow water leak from our fridge that ruined our kitchen floors and subfloors with moisture and mold. In the end they were able to treat the wood in the hopes of saving it instead of replacing it and it worked. Now the kitchen is mold free and safe again, and we can move on to getting the plank flooring replaced and our kitchen back! Thank you for being quick and professional during a really stressful situation, we appreciate it.
