AdvantaClean of the West Side, led by Drew Lipold, embodies a commitment to excellence in environmental cleanup and restoration services. Drew, a USMC Veteran, was born and raised in Northeast Ohio and has dedicated over two decades to local business management and ownership. He is an active member of VFW Post 7647 and the Akron Cleveland Association of Realtors. Married to Laura, with two grown children, Drew balances his professional life with hobbies like playing the guitar, golfing, and deep-sea fishing.

Under Drew's leadership, the company offers specialized services with certifications in areas such as Mold Inspection (CMI) and Mold Remediation (CMRC), Water Damage Restoration (WRT) , Applied Structural Drying (ASD), Air Systems Cleaning (ASCS), OSHA, EPA-Lead Safe practices, and Crawlspace Encapsulation.

Paul Owens has been a dedicated member of AdvantaClean of the West Side for three years, serving as a Restoration Team Leader.  With a certification in water damage restoration (WRD), Paul brings expertise and reliability to every job. 

A native of Canfield, OH he excelled in athletics, earning a letter in wrestling and playing football during his school years.  Married for 31 years, Paul is a proud father of three daughters.  He is an avid sports fan and lives by the motto, "Do unto others as you wish done to you."  Paul is also deeply involved in his community as an active member of Christ Evangelical Lutheran Church in Avon Lake.

Seth Armstrong is a dedicated Restoration Technician with over 6 years of experience in the field and is an IICRC-certified Water Restoration Technician (WRT).  Known for his strong work ethic and reliability, Seth is committed to providing top-quality service in all restoration projects he undertakes.

Outside of work, Seth has a wide range of interests that keep him engaged and active.  He enjoys video gaming, cooking, reading, and playing basketball.  His favorite subject in school was welding, showcasing his interest in hands-on and technical skills.  A devoted Cleveland Browns fan, Seth never misses a chance to support his team.

Family is important to Seth, and he shares a close bond with his five brothers.  His love for animals is evident in the care he gives his six cats.  Seth is also passionate about giving back to the community. He has been recognized multiple times by Park Street Church in Oberlin for his volunteer work, where he regularly helps unload trucks of food for the Harvest for Hunger program.
