I've worked with Steve several times over the past couple of years. I first had him clean my dryer vents, and then recently, I worked with him again to remove black mold from my bathroom. Steve was able to give me an assessment the next day and let me know the process and price within two days. Over the course of several days, he and his assistant removed the affected drywall, cleaned the entire room, and replaced the drywall (something another company said they wouldn't do after remediation). For every appointment, I received a text by 7:30am that day letting me know what time he'd be coming by, and he was always on time. He answered all of my questions and was just generally a pleasure to deal with. If you need anything done that Steve can help with, I highly recommend him.

We had Steve at our house today after our HVAC pan overflowed and our ceilings and walls had evidence of water. We wanted to be sure that my husband was able to remove all water damage and there was no concern for mold so we called AdvantaClean. We didn't end up needing their services (luckily), but if we did need them I would not have hesitated to use AdvantaClean after our initial encounter. Steve was very pleasant, thorough, and walked my husband through everything he was doing and what he was looking for. He even took the time after he was done to write down some items that would be helpful. I would have absolutely used AdvantaClean if I ended up needing their services. I would absolutely recommend AdvantaClean.

Steve was incredible. He came to my house and immediately diagnosed the issue. He truly did what was best for me as the customer, not just for the business. I had received ridiculous quotes from others trying to sell me things I didn’t need, but Steve calmed me down and clearly showed me how to fix the problem the right way. Steve & AdvantaClean were great to work with. We had him come out to help with basement moisture issues with an old fieldstone foundation, and the whole process was smooth - Steve was fast, friendly, and affordable. I’ve had to use their services twice for different problems and have been 100% pleased both times. The first time, my attic needed to be treated and the total cost wasn’t that expensive. This was a few years ago and haven’t had any issues since. The 2nd time they came out, I had a plumbing issue behind my tub, so I called AdvantaClean to make sure there wasn’t any mold growing. They didn’t need to treat anything, but Steve gave me a bunch of info on how to clean things better to prevent mold and mildew. He was friendly, knowledgeable and was able to fit me into the schedule quickly. Definitely recommend them!

We moved into our house ~2 years ago and the attic/crawlspace is the only spaces we haven't inspected thoroughly. I called AdvantaClean and Steve and his team were wonderful. He was here within a couple days and after inspecting he recommended nothing other than buying a nice dehumidifier for the basement/crawlspace. Would highly recommend, will be my first call in the future!

Steve came out to our home to clean our dryer vent. Our dryer is on the second floor so I appreciated the extra help. He also replaced our dryer vent hose as the previous one was damaged. Steve also checked our home heating/cooling vents to make sure they were clean. Highly recommend Steve and AdvantaClean!
