As Owner & General Manager of the local AdvantaClean franchise, AdvantaClean of Central Arkansas, my focus is on building sales/service partnerships and managing day-to-day operations. I’m a graduate of Louisiana Christian University with a bachelor's degree in business & economics.  I’m IICRC certified in Fire & Water Restoration, and Applied Structural Drying, a Certified Mold Remediation Contractor (CMRC), and hold a Class C HVACR license.  

I’m passionate about customer service and bring a wealth of experience in consultative sales, business process improvement, and employee development. Before starting in the restoration services business, I worked as a sales manager/business consultant with a top insurance company, where I strengthened my problem-solving skills and my ability to provide the best possible service to clients. 

 I now use that experience to help create tailored, high-quality, solutions that deliver the best results for each individual customer.

Meet Cristian, our Lead Technician at Advanta Clean of Central Arkansas. With over 12 years of experience in the construction and restoration industry, Cristian brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to every project. He is a certified IICRC Water Restoration Technician, ensuring top-tier service in every restoration task he tackles. Known for his responsibility and respect for customers and their property, Cristian consistently goes above and beyond to deliver exceptional results. His professionalism and dedication make him an invaluable asset to our team and to the clients we serve.

Linzee helps our local AdvantaClean team with operations, customer service, and recruiting.  She also manages our social media platforms and assists the owner with internal projects intended to improve processes to be more effective in serving our clients.

As an honor graduate from the University of Arkansas at Fort Smith, with 6 years experience in Elementary Education, Linzee has excellent problem solving skills and creativity.
