I’m well pleased with the team who came today. They arrived at the scheduled time and went over the services to be addressed. They were professional,knowledgeable, polite and wore protective booties inside my home. My vent covers and cold air return grate has never looked so clean. I most appreciate their attention to the clothes dryer venting. That was a project well overdue. I’ve already marked my calendar to schedule a return visit. And, made a referral to a friend. Call Ken one day and he and his assistant showed shortly there after. They spent ample amount of time checking every location in the residence and crawl space. After the inspection Ken sat down and explained how mold starts and the process of fixing the problem. Home was professionally cleaned by Ken's knowledge crew.
