Our technician, David, was knowledgeable about the mold remediation process. He explained the exact process before he started and answered questions we had. He was very mindful about the odor of the chemicals used in the process and he made sure we weren’t exposed to the fumes. He also took time to show us before and after pics he had taken. All in all, I highly recommend AdvantaClean and David as a technician for mold remediation and hygiene.

We worked with Bill, who was recommended by my real estate agent. I was closing on a house the following week, and suddenly the lender's assessor and underwriting team needed an inspection for possible moisture. My regular inspector hadn't noticed anything the month before when I had an inspection done. I'm ***so*** grateful for Bill and his team of technicians and people in the office. Not only did they do an inspection the next day, there was trouble accessing the attic area, so they were able to come back again the following day once the sellers allowed further access. I got an accurate quote and the remediation completed within 1-2 days, with an invoice right away. This was all required for me to close on the home timely. Everything was done in less than a week! Impressive service, quality work, friendly and professional staff. I highly recommend them! :)

I was happy with the work performed by Advantaclean. I did the extra step of having a 3rd party Environmental Professional check their work, and there were a few things that needed to be touched up, which is why I gave them 4 stars. Based on my research, 50% of remediations fail the first time. But the workers were very good at communicating, and did everything I asked, as I had some specific instructions that were not typical. My advice to anyone starting on the mold journey, do your homework! Look up Change the Air Foundation, and watch their mini course so that you know what questions to ask.

Update: I received a call almost immediately after this review with a sincere outreach on the concern and offer for a partial credit. I appreciate them taking the time to address it. They estimated this to be a 4-6hr job. They took less than 2, and quality showed it. The drywall was cut very unevenly, making it unnecessarily difficult to repair. I also had to ask them after they were done to clean out the leftmost area between the chimney and the first stud - it still had old insulation, and that is specifically where we had the water damage/mold appearing. The lack of diligence was surprising. They sent an email asking for a google review following service back in Dec - I replied to that sharing my experience and disappointment. Never heard back, but received more (probably automated) pings to leave a google review, so here I am.

AdvantaClean did a great job after our basement had water damage..they prepared the damaged areas for the reconstruction crew to restore the areas damaged from flooding. Great crew and fast!

AdvantaClean has been great to work with. We had a continuing mold problem due to poor ventilation in the bathroom. They came in and cleaned it up, treated the walls, installed an exhaust fan, and added new drywall as needed. They even coated the walls, and painted for us as well! I highly recommend their service. Bill has been fantastic to work with, and working with them as been very easy.

My confidence in AdvantaClean began with meeting Bill. He explained the procedure and answered all my questions how AdvantaClean would clean that part of my basement area affected with mold from the heavy August 2025 rain. The crew, Tray plus three men, were on time this week and worked well together as they cleaned as Bill recommended. Today was the final step which was to clean the ducts. Our condo closing was coming up fast, as were the holidays. Although it wasn't the most convenient for AdvantaClean, Bill got a tech to take care of the surface mold in our attic FAST so our buyers could move in without concern.
